Stauning Rye is made with 70% floor malted rye and 30% malted barley. It is a very different type of rye whisky, where the combined malted grain and pot distillation makes the cereal notes shine in a smooth, full-bodied but nuanced whisky. Matured in new American oak barrels and bottle un-filtered. Tasting Notes: Rye bread in liquid form. Baking spice with subtle vanilla, pepper, long complex finish.
